Our 2022 Cabernet Merlot is 50/50 blend that is 100% whole bunch fermented. Deep ruby red in colour, this wine has aromas of bitter chocolate, black olives and rhubarb. The palate tastes of blood plums and cassis. Plush tannins due the the whole bunches, gives this wine its depth of flaour and length.
