“Methode Champenoise” means that the bottle you are drinking from is the same bottle in which the secondary fermentation occurred. 60% Chardonnay 40% Pinot Noir. Lemon freshness, shortbread, nougat like confection. The complex aromas of citrus, toasted bread, green apples & hint of confection give an overall impression of freshness & vitality.

The bubbles is named in honor of our beautiful Number 8 grandchild “Olivia” who was born on the 30th July, 2024, with a condition called “Pierre Syndrome” and spent 51 days at The Royal Children’s Hospital. Sammy & Delaney cannot thank everyone enough especially all the doctors & nurses.
$10 for every bottle sold will be donated to The Royal Children’s Hospital. We cannot thank them enough for every thing they do ❤️
