This classic style dry white vermouth, is made on site from estate grown Chardonnay grapes and has spent over 12 months in barrel,  infusing classic botanicals such as wormwood, angelica root, lime peel, bitter orange, cassia bark to name a few. Making it the perfect accompaniment for your Vodka or Gin Martini.
